At Halloween Costumes 4U, we want to ensure your spooky season is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, masks, wigs, and makeup are final sale once opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Costume

  Place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories like belts, hats, and props are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
